The wind was calm, so I sprayed the grass in the driveway with Ground Clear.
I ate two fried eggs with toast for breakfast.
I went to my appointment with Dr. Mehta (infectious disease doctor). I told her the damn yogurt was not working, so she discontinued the Cipro (side effects can be diarrhea and vomiting) and ordered more blood work.
Back home, I rested for a bit. Then I went out and trimmed the back yard. I also cut down the low hanging branches on the arborvitae that had been slapping me in the face when I cut the lawn.
I had a turkey sandwich for dinner and popcorn for a TV snack later.

Wednesday, August 22nd
It was chilly on Wednesday and I had to wear a jacket all day when I was outside.
I went to the bank to exchange about $5.00 worth of Canadian coins I had (probably left over from visiting Canada Cathy). They said there was an $8.00 charge for that! I took them back.
I stopped at Home Depot for some furnace filters. On the way out, I got a hot dog for lunch and ate it in the truck.
I harvested the chives again and snipped them into usable lengths while sitting on the bed.
I ate the rest of the steak and sweet corn for dinner.

Sidebar: I am trying to update the Blog with notes I scribbled while computer was down.
At my request, I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment with Dr. Pop (my primary care physician). I told her to pretend I wasn't taking massive antibiotics and what would she diagnose this damn diarrhea and upchucking as?
So, she ordered a variety of tests and discontinued the metformin (side effects can be diarrhea and throwing up). She said if I wasn't better in two weeks, I'd probably have to have another colonoscopy and endoscopy.
I wasn't feeling good, so I skipped visiting either B___ or my brother Carl (my usual routine after driving this far) and left for home.
I needed to use the restroom, so I stopped at the National Coney Island on Groesbeck. Damn! They had a big sign that restrooms were for customers ONLY! So, I ordered a half order of biscuits and gravy.
Sidebar: They were pretty damn good. Bates is still first, now National Coney Island is second and Leo's Coney Island is a distant third.
I stopped at St. Mary's and picked up the stool kit I needed. Then I went to Best Buy and bought the antivirus software they used at work, Trend Micro.
I got home and was wiped out, so I took a long nap.
I tried to install Trend Micro, but it wouldn't load because of the McAffee that the Geek Squad installed.
I gave up and ate a sandwich for dinner.
I watched DIY shows until bedtime.
