I finally fell back asleep and woke up at an amazing 9:00 a.m. Which made my morning errands run late. I shaved and showered. Then I go dressed and headed out. It was cold!!!

I went to the Post Office, then took the freeway to the Borders bookstore. I found four books that sounded interesting, but no new ones from the author I went there for. I stopped on the way home and gassed up the truck.

I left the truck outside to unload it. I swept out the parking area of the garage with the push broom. Then I pulled it inside. I got the leaf blower and blew off the porch and the garage apron.

I treated the cat and went out back to refill the feeders and the suet cage. The patio had a lot of crap on it as well, so I blew that off as well.

Back inside, I started the weekend wash. Then I started cleaning (this farm is a mess!)

I made a small meatloaf for dinner along with some mashed potatoes.

I watched a movie and went to bed when it ended at 10:00 p.m.

  1. For what author were you looking?

  2. Oliver Potzsch (there's an umlat over the "o"). He's from Bavaria and has series called "the Hangman's Daughter" I have two, but I know of a least two more that's he's written.

  3. John, any Barnes & Noble will order books for you and have them shipped to your house.
