It was damp on the way into work, but still warm. It started raining around 11:00 a.m.

I skipped lunch again so I could go to therapy. I was lucky as I had the same therapist that brutalized me on Monday. I told her how much pain I was in a few hours after our last session. She said it made no sense, but maybe I pulled a muscle or something. So, we went through the same exercises, but slowly and watching for anything that felt painful. Nothing did.

The low fuel light came on during the ride back to work, so I stopped and got some gas. $1.97 per gallon on credit!

Sidebar: I usually pay cash for the discount, but I didn't feel like walking in the light drizzle.

Back home, I watched the news. I had planned on vacuuming but I was tired.

I ate the last of the hot dogs for dinner while I watched the hockey game. During commercials and in between periods, I switched to the World Series final game. By the time the hockey game was over (we lost), I was hooked as the Cubs were winning.

Then Cleveland tied it up, so they had to go into overtime (groan). The Cubs finally won (first time in 108 years) and I finally got to bed around 12:30 a.m.

  1. Glad she didn't hurt you this time. Oh, and go to bed.

  2. Good point. I am too old for this shit!
