Throw Away Sunday.

My back was still killing me on Sunday morning. So, I didn't do much. I got the Sunday morning chores done and one load of laundry (which I didn't bother folding).

The only thing I did was to take apart the drying rack for Miss Victoria's doors. I have been putting up with that damn thing for two years now. I put the last five doors in the house and decided I could use the rack for storing wood in the garage (I think) until I need it again.

Finally, you can walk around in the garage with ease!!!

I went to the gas station and filled up a two gallon can (after I put the appropriate amount of Stabil in it). I filled up the push mower tank and ran it for five minutes (to get the treated gas in the lines). The battery was dead on the tractor, so I got the 100-foot extension cord and the battery charger and hooked it up.

Next, I got the bike keys and unlocked the gas cap. I topped that tank off and well. That's when I ran into trouble!!!

I couldn't get the key out of the gas cap!!! Somehow, it was stuck in there and still is. Any suggestions would be welcome...

Disgusted, I gave up. I have been wanting to roast a whole chicken for several weeks now. But, that would involve me going grocery shopping. Instead, I went to Popeye's and got the three piece meal (spicy, with red beans and rice on the side) and that was my Sunday supper.

I watched the Lions beat the Vikings in overtime (just so I could tease Amy). I went out in the dark to get the extension cord in. Then I spent the rest of the night in bed, resting my back.
