Friday was a repeat of Thursday, weather-wise, except with
less chance of rain. So, after I ate lunch at Time Out (I had a salad, topped
with slices of chicken), I drove over to the car wash on Newburgh and got the
truck cleaned up.
Once home after work, I treated Caley and changed clothes. I
spent a lot of time on the computer: filling out the ToDo list, answering
emails, etc. Then I watched the rest of the news.
I decided to treat the rest of the quiche with respect and
warm it up in the oven. So, I covered it with foil and stuck it in the
preheated (325 degree) oven. I set the timer for 15 minutes.
While that heated up, I prepared the leftover salami (both
hard and Genoa) and pepperoni for freezing. I removed them from the original
packaging, wrapped them tightly in aluminum foil, marked each pack with a black
Sharpie and stuck them in a baggie. I put them in the freezer.
I ate my quiche watching a taped episode of “Bite This” with
Nadia G. This one was filmed in Detroit!
Next I watched a comedy show with Louis C. K. called “Hilarious”
and it was. Then I went to bed.
I love Louis C.K. He is so funny. I think we have seen all of his comedy specials!
