Tuesday's Tale

I had cold ceral and milk for breakfast.

I was supposed to meet Amanda for lunch at the Ram's Horn on Middle Belt and Joy Road at 2:00 p.m. So, I sent Courtney a text asking her if she would like some meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy. She said, "Sure!"

I figured I could never eat that much and, as a mother of three small boys, she might like a break from making dinner.

So, I dropped it of at her house. Only the littlest boy, Isaac, was awake. I played with him a few moments and then left.

I had a Caesar's salad with grilled chicken breast on top that was delicious. Amanda had some kind of a chicken wrap with a side salad. We said goodbye in the parking lot and I drove back home.

I took a nap.

I scraped the insides of one of the sweet potatoes (that I baked with the meatloaf). I mashed it up and added butter and salt. I ate that for my dinner.

I watched my NCIS shows and went to bed at midnight.
