Slow Monday

I woke up at my new normal time. I had a cup of coffee, then I made some scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Vicky called me. She still wants to take me to the hospital and said that the earlier, the better. However, if its 10:00 a.m. or later, I will have to rely on my brother, Joe.

She was off work today, taking Yanessa to the doctor at 2:00 p.m. (the earliest they could fit her in). She said she would call or text me when the appointment was done.

I didn't feel like doing much, so I didn't.

I had a boloney sandwich for lunch.

Vicky sent me a text. It's only bronchitis, thank God. We were both afraid it was another asthma attack. I don't think I could see little Yanessa in that big hospital bed with an IV in her arm again. It broke my heart.

Yanessa. last time...
I took a nap. Then I took the trash out to the road before it got dark. I didn't have enough recyclables to bother with.

I ate the last of Courtney's turkey rice soup for dinner.

It was supposed to rain hard, starting around 7:00 p.m., but it only sprinkled here.

I read until bedtime.
