It was snowing and cold when I got up Wednesday morning. It still was when I left for lunch.
Today, I went and got a haircut at lunchtime (which I never have done). Why? Because my haircut is about two weeks overdue and I have a doctor's appointment on Saturday at 9:30 AM. The doctor's office isn't open on Wednesdays and is only open this coming Saturday for the whole month of December.
I raced home after the haircut and warmed up some potato soup for lunch. It was just as good as the first time. The snow had stopped, BTW.
Back home after work, I took a break on the couch. Then I did more small chores until dinner time. I didn’t have quite enough leftovers, so I added in some frozen sweet corn to the mix.
I ate dinner and then watched “Stagecoach” a 1939 movie starring John Wayne and directed by John Ford.
