I woke up on Saturday at 6:30 AM. I got out some coffee beans and ground them up. I made a pot of coffee and watched the weather channel while it perked. Then I had a cup while I wrote out the newest Blog entry. Damn, that's good stuff!
By 9:00 AM, it was sprinkling outside (it's too light to call it "rain," yet). I had already decided to run my errands and finish any outdoor projects on Sunday, so I leisurely made my breakfast. While the roast beef hash was warming up, I started the first load of laundry.
I stashed the roast beef hash in the microwave to keep warm while I made the two over-easy eggs. I love the taste of the warm egg yolk over the roast beef hash!
Now it's really raining. I decide to do the little things that are not on the list, but still need to be done. So, I did two loads of laundry and started doing this and that.
I took a phone call from a friend and stopped putzing around. I made my dinner (a huge salad dressed with some lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and seasoning).
I watched a little TV, but went to bed early. All in all it was a pretty unremarkable Saturday.
