  1. Now there's got to be some Garlic hidden in there somewhere!

    I cooked some up last week on the grill sliced thick lengthwise, smoked with mesquite, basted with a light garlic butter.

    Just finished tilling my garden under as it pretty much burned up down here. Ready for a winter crop!

  2. No, I add garlic to zucchini and when I am roasting or grilling yellow summer squash, but that's Grandma's recipe for fried squash and I don't mess with it!

    Yours does sound delicious, though!!!

    Understand about the garden. Anywhere I haven't watered (and that most of my yard) the grass is brown.
